METHODOLOGY
While we are able to join a project at any point, we prefer to be involved early in the design phase. At this point, through careful cost analysis, the input of a skilled builder can keep the project within its intended budget.
FLEXIBILITY
When architectural drawings are ready, we prepare a construction contract on a cost plus fee basis. This type of contract allows for design flexibility while ensuring the best price possible for our client.
OPEN-BOOK POLICY
All material and subcontracted costs are passed directly on to the client without mark-up, while our labor rates remain very competitive. Meetings are scheduled regularly to track all expenses, address design issues, and discuss any client concerns.
COMMUNICATION
