Site Superintendent
Requirements include minimum 7 years in the high end residential construction field. Have 4 years supervisory experience with carpentry skills at the journey-level. Good organizational and communication skills are a must. Some computer skills are necessary. Have excellent people management and problem solving capabilities.

Carpenters
Skilled carpenters with 5 years experience and more are encouraged to apply. We are looking for professional, articulate craftspeople who are committed to their profession. You must be dependable and motivated – desire to move up in the industry.

Cabinet Maker
We are looking for highly skilled cabinet makers to provide additional support to our custom shop. You should be proficient with solid wood as well as panel products. All custom work – we build the fun stuff. A good attitude, people skills, and high proficiency with all shop machinery are required. Minimum 5 years in shop environment necessary.
